Le Meridien Resort – Arcadia, CA
Scope of project
Le Meridien delivers a distinct four-star hotel experience in Southern California ideal for the sophisticated urban traveler. The building incorporates glass elements that glow at night, surrounded by lush gardens against the backdrop of the San Gabriel Mountains. The gorgeous façade of the new Le Meridien hotel in Pasadena Arcadia, CA sparkles with illumination. The naturally flexible light strip highlights the unique curvature of the façade architectural details. Projectors mounted on poles illuminate the front façade and provide the overall iconic golden glow.
Limeleaf Studios was called upon to photograph the property to emphasize the architectural design features. All images provided to the client (Targetti Lighting) for purposes of brochure prints, social media posts and various industry magazine reviews.

Apple Tower Theatre – Los Angeles, CA

Renovation & Preservation
The historic Tower Theatre in downtown LA was the original home to the first theater in Los Angeles wired for film and sound. Designed in 1927 by renowned motion-picture theater architect S. Charles Lee, the property has gone under a complete renovation into a new retail store. A team of leading preservationists, restoration artists, and the City of Los Angeles worked together to thoughtfully preserve and restore the theater’s beauty and grandeur.

Mission San Juan Capistrano – San Juan Capistrano CA
Scope of project
Mission San Juan Capistrano, one of the most significant historic sites in Orange County, now acts as a destination for learning, worship, and preserves an important part of California’s history. Restoration projects have taken place over the years to help preserve and restore the buildings and art at the mission so that generations of people can continue to remember and learn about this significant part of California’s history. To bring more attention to the bells on the Bell Wall, or Campanario, a Spot optic was used to light the bells without creating a glaring spill light into the adjacent patron pathways. Another way to avoid unwanted spill illumination of nearby paths and features was to purposefully aim many of the fixtures to illuminate accent target areas throughout the Ruins

The Westin Anaheim Resort
Anaheim, CA
Scope of project
The Westin Anaheim Resort, in the heart of California’s Anaheim Disneyland Resort district, is a definition of modern design paying homage to Anaheim’s historic orange grove roots. Long Beach, California-based Michael Hong Architects served as the project’s design architect, while HED was the executive architect and Los Angeles-based Cobico, Inc oversaw its interior design.

The Inn at the Mission Resort – San Juan Capistrano, CA
Scope of project
The Spanish styled hotel overlooks the ruins of the adjacent Great Stone Church, and boasts enchanting 18th century lighting overtones, accented to appear antiquated but entwined with modern moments.
